Marianne's Journey

Marianne’s journey began in California. She worked 15 years in Corporate America after completing her bachelor’s degree in Business & Marketing at Purdue University and later obtaining her MBA from National University.

She decided to retire from a Fortune 100 Company to start a family with her husband after 15 years into her Career. She stayed home for the next 17 years to raise her 3 kids, who are now in college or business professionals themselves. Knowing she didn’t want to continue down the corporate path, she was encouraged by her husband to pursue her passion—skin care and makeup.

The initial plan was to solely focus on makeup, but after Graduating from Esthetics Program at Continental School of Beauty in only 9 months (2016) and obtaining her NY State Boards License, her passion completely took over.

Marianne states, “my passion for skin care, treatments, education, and helping people meet their skin care goals completely took over and professional makeup became a distant memory as a result”. Along her journey she has refined her skin care treatments and added full body waxing as a staple in her business. She has been using DERMALOGICA for 7 years, all while fine tuning her skills and adding value via the company’s industry leading advancements & education.

Marianne is now revered as an "Expert" in the business, but she takes the companies values to heart and sets new highs for herself and others every day. This is seen in Dermalogica’s, who is now owned by Unilever, continued Research and Development behind its products—which makes her job more fun! As her passion continues to grow, so do her services & education in the ever-evolving Beauty Industry.
